CATA BUS FARES
For the first time since 2010, CATA bus fares are set to increase today. According to Statecollege.com, the rates reflect inflation and help cover fuel costs and employee benefits. A CATA bus ride will increase from $1.50 to $1.75. Reduced fare climbs $ .10, one-month passes by $10 and four month passes from $229 to $268.

State Police are searching for a man who allegedly robbed Miller’s Hoagies at knifepoint Sunday evening. According to the CDT, police say a white man, roughly 5-foot-5 and possibly in his 30s, entered the Milesburg sandwich shop carrying a black knife and wearing a dark-colored bandana over his face. The man demanded money and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. The business was open yesterday as the investigation continues. Anyone with information should contact police at 355-7545.
