14 year old Ryan Williams was reported missing after he failed to arrive at school on Wednesday. Police confirmed in a statement yesterday that Williams returned home safely.They did not release any additional information.

Credit Card Theft
State College Police are investigating a theft from a motor vehicle and credit card fraud.
The theft occurred last Saturday between 9:30am and 12:15pm at the Fraser parking garage. A white female used the stolen credit card at Best Buy to make a purchase that same afternoon.
